A Future-Ready Home for Every Generation

Published on July 11, 2025

The Challenge

The client, a highly knowledgeable electrical engineer, was initially hesitant to embrace smart home technology, preferring traditional systems and harboring skepticism about the reliability of automation due to a past experience with voltage instability that damaged a generator. This cautious approach was further compounded by the need for a tailored experience to suit a large, multi-generational family and the critical requirement for flawless service, despite the project’s remote location.

Our Solution

  • Built trust through referrals from the interior design team.
  • Addressed all technical concerns from the client and their team, establishing confidence.
  • Custom-designed a reliable and user-friendly system for lighting, curtains, AV control, timers, and outdoor lighting.
  • Conducted technical vetting sessions with the client’s in-house team.
  • Ensured each family member — from elders to children — had an intuitive experience.
  • Delivered zero-downtime support (on-site & remote) since 2016.
  • The client referred CEPL to new business, helping us expand into their city.
